We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@layrgeneve.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days upon receipt of the returned item.
